The courses take place daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in German. Of course, lunch, coffee, tea and snacks are included 🥗 ☕

🎬 The anamorphic cinema look
One of our most exciting projects of the last few years will be presented:
On June 11, our colleague Dr. Elisabeth Siebert will speak at the annual meeting of the DGaO about her development of anamorphic camera lenses – a project that is technically demanding and visually formative.
Anamorphic lenses provide the characteristic cinema look by compressing the image horizontally. This creates challenges that reach deep into the heart of optics development. A suspended rotational symmetry, different imaging performances in the horizontal and vertical directions – and last but not least: the striving for an aesthetic blur that can hardly be put into numbers, but makes the decisive difference in the image.
Since then, we have looked more into the upper corner of current movies than at the main plot in the middle.

the Optics Meet-Up in the Technology and Innovation Park Jena
On April 24, 2025, the Optics Meet-Up will take place in the Technology and Innovation Park Jena - and Türck Engineering will be there!
Our Managing Director Dr. Volker Türck and our colleague Dr. Elisabeth Siebert are looking forward to exciting discussions about optical system development, simulation and high-end engineering. Together with experts from the industry, we discuss current trends, technical challenges and future potential in photonics.

Womens Day
Some of the best ideas start over a good cup of coffee! ☕️ This morning, the women of Türck Ingenieure spontaneously gathered for a coffee break – a moment of exchange and laughter. Sometimes, the best networking happens right in the office kitchen!
